Delivery Overview
Bionik Peptides is committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery of research-use-only products within the UK and internationally.
We prioritise efficient dispatch and transparent tracking to ensure all orders are delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. In periods of high demand or operational constraints, dispatch may take up to one additional working day.
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend are processed and dispatched on Monday.
Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been shipped.

We offer multiple Royal Mail services depending on urgency:

Orders over £100 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
International Delivery
We provide international shipping to Europe and selected global destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for international shipments until 28 days have passed from the dispatch date.
EU Customs & Import Duties
Following Brexit, all UK-to-EU shipments are treated as imports.
- Local VAT and handling fees may apply
- Charges are collected by your local customs authority or postal provider
- These fees are not included at checkout
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.
Bionik Peptides is not liable for:
- Customs delays
- Import charges
- Restrictions imposed by local authorities
Once a parcel enters customs, it is outside of our control and cannot be cancelled, redirected, or refunded during processing.
Tracking & Delivery Support
If a delivery issue occurs, we will liaise directly with the courier and manage the investigation on your behalf.
Typical investigation timeframes:
- UK orders: up to 15 working days
- International orders: up to 30 working days
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued while an active courier investigation is ongoing.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we are unable to accept returns once products have been dispatched and opened.
- Opened or tampered items cannot be resold
- All sales are considered final once fulfilled
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Correct product selection
- Accurate shipping details
Do not return any items without prior authorisation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If an issue arises, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, we require:
- Clear photographic or video evidence
- Packaging condition (before opening, where applicable)
- Description of the issue
Missing Item Claims
- Must show sealed, unopened packaging
- Shipping label must be visible
- Claims cannot be accepted once packaging is opened
This ensures fair verification and protects against fraudulent claims.
Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement if:
- The item is damaged during transit
- The incorrect product was supplied
- The parcel is confirmed lost following investigation
- Delivery failure is due to courier error
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address was provided
- The parcel was uncollected or refused
- The product has been opened or altered
- Claims are submitted before investigation completion
All cases are assessed individually in line with UK consumer regulations.
Fraud Prevention
Due to increased fraudulent claims within the industry:
- Video evidence may be required for damaged or missing items
- Evidence must show the parcel being opened from its sealed state
- Claims without sufficient proof may be declined

- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after dispatch
- Parcels cannot be redirected once in transit

- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed (except Special Delivery)

- Weekend orders are processed the next working day

EU Import & Customs Information
Following Brexit, all shipments from the UK to the European Union are processed as imports.
As a result:

- These fees are collected by your national postal service and are not included at checkout

Orders cannot be cancelled, redirected, or refunded while undergoing customs clearance.

Some countries process imports quickly, while others may require additional time. Any delays occurring after arrival in the destination country are attributable to local handling rather than the initial dispatch process.
